Excellent tool - User Friendly And Very Reliable

The ease of use, the quickness in getting started with our new company's account management system. We were looking for software that would allow us to manage our sales reps' activities as well as our customers' accounts. Our previous system had been slow and cumbersome. This software allowed us to get up and running quickly, and we have not looked back since! I'm a little disappointed that there isn't a way to have an email sent to me when someone contacts one of my sales reps through the system. It would be helpful if there was some sort of notification available so that I can respond immediately. Keeps track of all the activity that our team does in this program.

  • Very easy interface
  • Quick results from searches
  • Ability connect different databases together
  • Salesforce & SugarCRM work seamlessly within crosspoint.
  • Easy access using mobile devices suchas iPads or cell phones (although it still needs more development)
Cons
  • Not enough reporting functionality
  • Can run into problems connecting certain data bases
