The best thing I like about this software, it provides me with all my accounting needs in one place! It's very easy for customers as well because they can have access at any time from anywhere via internet or mobile device (tablets). Customer service has been great too!! Nothing really that i dislike but there could definitely improve upon some areas of functionality/design. If you're looking into an online solution then crosspoint crm should be your choice! This helps our business run smoother by providing us everything we need under 1 roof.
