Upchannel - Great Customer Service, Poor app

We used upchannel for our client service team at an insurance firm. It was easy to use once we got past the learning curve. The customer support is very limited and not always helpful when problems arise. They also have a poor mobile app that does not work well with iOS devices. I would recommend checking out alternatives first before signing up solely because it's free. A great product but they could improve their customer support! It's easy to use and it is great for our business because we can easily communicate with our clients via chat and email. You can also see your client's location which helps us know where they are at all times. I think that sometimes it takes a while before you get used to using Upchannel. Sometimes it seems like it lags or freezes up. We have been able to use UpChannel to help keep our customers informed about their orders. This has helped them feel more comfortable with the website we sell on.
