UpChannel has a fantastic customer service team. They are always willing to help me solve any problems I have. They are quick to respond and provide insight on what is going on with the platform. They also have a pretty simple and easy to use platform. I wish the platform was a little more intuitive. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to figure out how to do something. But once you learn the platform, it is easy to use and effective. If you are looking for a great platform that allows you to reach out to customers, then UpChannel is a great option. I use this platform on a daily basis to help me reach out to my customers. It has helped me to be more proactive in my business.
