Custom Call Tracking Software that works well

The software looks professional when first deployed but then becomes somewhat dated in appearance with some customization needed (ie., using an older style font).

It took time before we completely understood how it worked so I am not sure why this was thought out at all - maybe just testing something different? We are working towards automating our system where users can search by criteria such as Account number or Vendor etc.; rather than them having direct access via their own database searches; however there must be still room within custom call accounting, even though its been integrated into core ERP/CRM systems like SAP S4HANA /Salesforce EIRA! The customization ability of this software makes it easy for us to create our own call flows and also allows me to add my own custom fields at no cost! It would be great if there was an option to customize all screens instead of having to go in to each screen one by one! I am able to track every interaction with a specific client or prospect using various reports available within the system.
