Review on CustomCall Webtop BPM by Joseph Hall

The ability to customize the interface and the ease of setting up the system. I do not have any dislikes about this software. It is very easy to set up and customize your own look and feel. This is a great tool for call centers and virtual agents. We are using it in our call center to assist with the transition from our current IVR system. The ability to integrate with the main system is great. The support from Custom Call is excellent! Sometimes there are minor issues but nothing major. I have no complaints about this product. If you need a robust call center software then Custom Call should be at the top of your list. We use it in conjunction with another system we maintain and it has worked perfectly for us thus far.
