I like that it has all my accounts organized for me so I don't have to keep going back into different programs or file drawers looking for what I need when I'm working from home during Covid-19! It also gives me the ability to track orders by customer and route them through various departments as needed instead of having to go directly to each department with an order form.

There is nothing negative about this software at all - however - they could definitely make it easier to navigate if you aren't familiar with their system. The benefits are huge - we were able to see our profitability throughout the year and quickly identify where our expenses really add up and eliminate the areas which didn't contribute to profit.
