How could such a bad product be made?

When you buy a Christmas tree for 50,000, you expect. good quality. and then. MARRIAGE! At the end of November 2022, I managed to buy a Black Box Christmas tree "Danish Pine" 100% cast (210 cm high) . buy it and hand it over the next day, because the elite Christmas tree turned out to be DEFECTIVE and the distributor refused to replace it, arguing the refusal: " There are no more trees like this! Distributor in 2022 of the well-known supposedly "Dutch" Black Box Christmas trees, the well-known Triumph Tree. In fact, the Dutch do not supply Christmas trees to us. Cheap "tinsel" is industrially stamped not even in Thailand (as stated in the descriptions for the Christmas tree), but in China. Suitable quality: - a branch from a cheaper model is woven into an elite Christmas tree, which indicates a lack of quality control in production. - on cast branches there is a burr from the forms. - the branches themselves look sloppy, some of the needles around the edges seem to have "squeezed out" plastic, which indicates the deterioration of the casting molds. - for cheaper Black Box models made of rubber + PVC, the quality of "tinsel" is at the level of Ashanov Christmas trees. The photos show: the tree is new, it has not even straightened out, and the "tinsel" on the defective branch is already all wrinkled, like toilet paper. - the tree stinks. Houses opened and closed the box several times - the smell remained stable. The attitude of Triumph Tree distributor and elkasite. Ru dealer to the buyer is disgusting: - I was offered to change the defective Christmas tree for a new one after the holidays, in the winter of 2022. - to exchange a defective spruce for a used Christmas tree from the showroom without moral compensation. - or exchange a defective half of the tree for half of the tree from the showroom without moral compensation. - or take 5,000 and shut up. When all the options were rejected by me, there was ANOTHER TREE! Until Monday, allegedly "in the reservation of a legal entity" (as a result, it turned out: the Christmas tree was paid) They were playing for time. They thought that I would fluff the Christmas tree - then it would "lose its presentation" and it would be impossible to return it. I had 3 Christmas trees from Triumph, all 3 were defective in branches. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Pros
  • Nothing
Cons
  • - they lie that the production is Thailand, in fact, a cheap Chinese Christmas tree - defective - stinks - overcharge - no possibility of exchange - fake 10 year warranty - the arrogant attitude of the supplier, "they will buy from us without you"
