I took this little device on a hike for a cup of espresso at the end of a long journey.
An occasional espresso is a treat for me, a reminder of my years in Europe. Can't justify having a professional espresso machine at home and during Covid the baristas are being served in 'paper cups'! Sacrilege! This mini cooker gets the job done when traction is present. On a low to medium flame for a few minutes to generate steam, then a 30 second "push" to fire. Faster than I could order! (Am I spoiled or what?) Certainly not a 15 bar pass, nor advertised as one. What it is is an easy-to-clean, well-made oven with a pristine stainless steel finish. to satisfy the craving for espresso without any problems and in less time than anyone could tell you. I am delighted with this product!
