Received this for review. I don't have any tattoos so I can't comment on that aspect but I have psoriasis. I've used this on rough areas like my lips or my scalp and it has helped more than most products I've tried before with consistent use. My scalp became more hydrated, less flaky and less itchy when irritated. My lips don't crack or flake as much and moisturize them better than the lip balms I've tried. It is easy to apply, slightly greasy and hardly smells. Does what it says as long as you use it how it says.
