A big problem! fits cases, holsters and bags

I really liked this case because overall it's good except for one big issue... you can't reach the mute switch unless you remove the case or you have very long nails. I'm a guy and I don't have long nails. As other reviewers point out, this is a serious issue. I don't know why this hasn't been fixed and I feel stupid for not reading all the reviews before purchasing.
