Review on Computer 911, Incorporated by Rob Madden

I liked that they were very thorough about what was wrong/ needed fixed. They also listened intently and took notes for me when i tried explaining things over the phone. Sometimes it seemed like their questions weren't specific enough so we would have to go back into my descriptions and make sure everything made sense (or not). It seems there isn’t anything specifically to dislike here but price can be an issue sometimes since you get billed after hours instead of hourly rates which is more expensive per hour - especially if multiple people end up working together at one time. So far this has been great! The techs from computer911 got us setup quickly & efficiently without any extra fees or downtime while doing so.
