This is my favorite kitchen gadget!
God I wish I had had this thing years ago! This makes rinsing and straining much easier. It is very strong and expands and collapses very gently. The handles on each side are a good thickness to ensure they can take the weight while stretching across the sink. My favorite thing so far is sorting and washing the beans. That makes it a total no-brainer. It is very easy to clean and I expect it will last for years. I think it's an indispensable item in the kitchen.
