These Bluetooth headphones are an all-round comfortable and affordable set for everyday use with excellent sound quality. While I've found a few weaknesses in using it, I'm generally happy with how my experience has turned out. Form Factor/Aesthetics: These headphones come in a compact, handy case that's easy to transport. The headphones themselves look as expected: simple, dark, reserved. I feel comfortable wearing the earbuds and they don't fall out. The earphones also fit my ears well, the manufacturer offers several sizes. Unfortunately, one of these silicone tips broke after a few weeks of use. At least there are many extras. - Sound Quality: The sound is loud, clear and balanced. Bass and treble are perfectly balanced. There isn't much noise-cancellation in this set. I still hear various noises (fan noise, conversations, etc.) that I prefer to keep an eye out for - Functionality: There are 4 "charges" in the case, which I think last about 6 hours each. The buttons on the headphones are intuitive and similar to other Bluetooth headphones I've used: a multifunction button for play/pause and power, and then volume buttons. One of the main issues I had with this set is that the volume buttons move up and down in fairly large increments. That means if you press the button once, the volume will get MUCH louder. I would have preferred the volume buttons to have finer increments for incremental up/down volume adjustments. - Bluetooth pairing: The earbuds usually pair with my phone without any problems. They also have a long mating range and can stretch from one end of my apartment to the other (30 feet?). Eventually, however, they stopped connecting to each other (only one could be paired to my phone at a time). I wrote to tech support about this and they wrote down how to reset the headphones very quickly. If you need to know this, you need to 1. disconnect the earbuds from your phone, 2. take the earbuds out of the charger and immediately press and hold the MFB button to turn them off, 3. press and hold the MFB button both earbuds at the same time until they stop flashing red and blue, 4. double click the right earbud's MFB and wait for them to pair with each other (blue light on the left earbud), 5. pair the earbuds with your phone.- Technical Support: I have found the technical support at XLeader very helpful. The warranty on them is pretty good too if I run into any more issues. Overall I find these headphones comfortable, easy to use and with excellent sound quality. Although I've had a few issues with them, I've enjoyed them and hope to continue using them for at least a few more years.
