I was hesitant to buy a case for my 8 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab E without being able to see and touch it first. But when Best Buy, Staples, and two different Verizon stores didn't have anything suitable, I settled on Revain. Numerous 5 star reviews for this product gave me the impetus I needed to buy it. I'm so glad I did. Impeccable construction. High quality leather, excellent stitching and a unique way of attaching the tablet to the case. No need to try to tighten the elastic "corner grips" around the corners of the tablet. Most likely the tablet will slip into what I would call a bezel (also leather) from the hinged side of the case and held securely by a velcro strap that's absolutely impossible to accidentally lose. Ports, buttons, viewfinder and speakers are visible through the edges or back of the frame and everything works beautifully. I'm amazed at the questions some people ask like "Will this Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8" case also fit my 10" iPad? Guys, this case is designed specifically for the product it claims to be for . Even if you could put your 8" ZimBat-X tablet in a case, I wouldn't expect ports, buttons and viewfinder (and flash) to be visible through the edges or back of the case. In short: if If your tablet isn't a Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8 model, this isn't your case.If you're not sure what you have, turn off the tablet completely, then turn it back on and observe the screen while I think so that this will work for Samsung devices and probably most Android devices. I got the model name when I turned it on. To find out the size of your tablet, measure the screen diagonally from top left to bottom right (or top right e.g u bottom right).bottom left).Measure from edge to edge of the screen, not from the outer corners of the tablet (Be careful not to scratch the screen when measuring.) The case I received is outside-facing black leather and brown leather interior. The frame is made of black leather. The case is not suitable for portrait viewing limited to horizontal viewing as shown in Re Vene's photo. But I find it perfect for my needs, whether it's watching a video, reading a book or PDF, or browsing a website. This is the first case I have bought for this tablet since I received it almost a year ago. Up until now I was afraid of the tablet slipping out of my hand due to its smooth, friction-free metal body. But with this case, holding it - whether in portrait or sometimes landscape mode - feels very safe and secure. I think there is a magnetic clasp to keep the case closed. I just wish the magnet was a little stronger. But for me it's absolutely NOT a problem. i love this case And more importantly, I love my tablet more than ever because of the case.
