All I can say is that I recently reviewed a brand new belt from this company. I really liked it, but the clasp didn't fit me. It was a complete surprise for me to open my package and see a used belt and buckle. The buckle itself looked like someone had worn it rather roughly. The company needs to capture this stuff and make sure they put out a great product. I'll give them one more chance. Everyone makes mistakes. Finally, I have one more comment. Why can't I choose the right belt and buckle? I mean if I want a silver chrome buckle with a brown belt then why can't I go for that? It's a bit funny that with the right belt you can't choose the one you want. They are not "connected" or pre-attached to each other. So why target and/or control? food for thought. Thanks.
