NICE BENCH BUT DOES NOT LIE FLAT

This is a nice bench but it does not lie flat and cannot be adjusted to do so. At the lowest setting, The backrest is higher than the seat, which is very annoying. Bought this for tricep dips and step ups. You can’t do a tricep dip on an uneven surface. Step ups can only be done on seat which is not a large enough area.
