Given that this review can be quite long I will do my best to be brief. I usually do my research before I buy anything, but having gotten a pair of ON shoes for the last year (and I've worn them almost every day), I was pretty sure I wouldn't need one. on the pictures), THERE ARE NO SHOES OF THE SAME QUALITY AT ALL. I put my worn shoes (dark laces) next to the ones sent to me (white laces). As soon as I put on the shoes, I noticed that the arch support was too high. The first time I tried on worn shoes (same size), they fit my foot perfectly. That's saying a lot considering I can never find a shoe that fits me. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING THESE SHOES. **I checked back with the person who gave me the original pair (dark laces) and they said they ordered them from Nordstrom.**
