This lock is exactly what I was looking for. I'm tired of locking myself in and now I can use my fingerprint without a key. It only took me 10 minutes to swap out the old lock for the new one. Very easy to install. Not much to customize. This is my only complaint - the manual is written in very poor English, the company should hire a native English speaker. But the video tutorial in the Q&A section above was much more helpful. LOOK FIRST! Fingerprint setup took only 1 minute. And that's how it works fine. The seller was very helpful and quick to respond and replaced the first padlock I received - it had a problem with the cord connector. So very happy with the service. Hope that helps.
