These are EXCELLENT locks for the money! Don't even waste your time visiting Checker or AutoZone because they have NOTHING that even comes close to quality! I replaced some Fancy Smancy "Tuner" cleats which were GOOD! Aluminum? Are you serious about keeping your wheels on cheap aluminum? I'm sure there are some quality aluminum grommets out there, but who wants to spend $150-$200 on a LUG NUTS? I don't know about you, but I'm NOT RICH! These McGard cleats are a 2 piece design. When the cleat makes contact with the wheel, it SELF-INSTALLS and ONLY the outer half of the cleat rotates. Prevent damage to wheels and cleats. , flakes, cracks, etc. When I took my old "tuner" bucks off, I thought they were originally silver, until I pulled them all the way out and found that they were originally BLACK! Sun fades AZ here! I have 5 Zigen wheels and these McGards look MUCH better than the longer open ended cleats I took off. The wheel is much easier to clean as the long lugs don't protrude and look a lot CLEAN. You also get 4 LOCKS with this set which are AMAZING too! You also get 4 nice chrome valve stems when you fit new tires at the same time! This item is COMPLETELY QUALITY! I bought mine from AMAZON.COM for about $80. BUY IT! You will not be disappointed!
