I'm using this on Patriot RAM, DDR4-3400. Lowered the idle temp by 10C and stopped the freezing issues I was having. This was not required to install 2 DIMMs, but when I upgraded to 4 DIMMs for 32GB of RAM for virtualization and gaming, the memory overheated and sometimes caused the system to freeze. This product fixed the problem. A bit pricey but looks very cool. Very easy to install. I'm running XMP 2 profiles in my RAM, but with some extra cooling I could try to push my OS further. No problem installing CPU water coolers under my pipes. The set is excellent. Housed in a half-tower ATX, the CaseMine comes with all the parts you need (screws and all), unlike some of the other reviewers reporting here. Corsair seems to have fixed the packaging problem. Highly recommended for 4DIMM installations where heat spreaders are not enough. A NOTICE. I did not connect a CUE USB to change Corsair CPU waterblock or RAM cooler colors. They're pretty cool right out of the box.
