I had high expectations as a friend owns this unit and recommended it to me. The first device I received would not connect to Bluetooth and was defective. I contacted customer service and after troubleshooting it was found to be defective and they sent me a new one. The second connected with no problems and I was very happy with my purchase until it started opening while driving on the road. It was only once at first, but last weekend I was driving out of town and it kept popping up and down while driving. I tried turning it off and trying again and it kept opening and dropping my phone. It would stop for a while and then start opening and closing randomly. In about 2.5 hours it opened and closed about 80 times. I will definitely come again. I would also like the speaker port to be a bit louder for phone calls. If that wasn't a problem, this device would be perfect.
