Good Not good in a casserole dish
I bought this to make cakes and pies in single serve portions and the concept is great the silicone quality is not. I've tried coating it with oil, pam, olive oil, and oil mixed with beeswax and it all sticks to that damn mold no matter what you use. I ended up buying 2 carbon steel cake pans with 10 slots per tray.
