Works 50% of the time
Updated review: The company expressed their apologies, and offered to replace it and asked me to send pictures and then did NOTHING.The charge continues to work less than 50% of the time and loses its charge after a few days.It’s been my experience that the charger will not charge the right earbud consistently. This means that 50% of the time I use the charger, it only charges the left earbud. Very frustrating. First world problem. Perhaps this is a manufacturer defect that would be remedied by replacing it with another unit?
