Handle design is ergonomic and makes it easy to use!And.RitFit Sports/H&L Direct helped restore my faith in the belief that 'good folks/companies care about what they do' - i.e. great customer service! Initially the wrong item had been sent to me. As soon as I let H&L Direct know about it RitFit Sports quickly responded and sent out a replacement. I am a real person to them, not just a number. 5 Stars!
