The spring clip is very difficult to open. Turning off the radar is a chore. The worst thing is the black bar you see in the photos. Well, it doesn't clean the max360, so every time you put the max360 on you're scratching the top of the rear radar laser. You can get around this by using the factory magnetic tab and using that in place of the spring clip. The 2 rear screw holes of the factory tab fit into the 2 screw holes of the bracket. Requires a little drilling to reveal the factory bolt holes for the mounting screws. Then voila factory magnetic clip on the mirror mount. Now I can easily toggle the radar on and off. Finally, do not overtighten the bracket to the mirror shaft as the bracket is metal. The handle is made of plastic. A plastic rod that is too strong breaks. Also, since the mount has teeth, I added black styrofoam tape to prevent the teeth from scratching the plastic shaft.
