Review on Xbox Wireless Controller Certified Refurbished One Xbox One by Nathan Byard

Listed as new. Arrived in a pre-opened Xbox controller box. He took out the controller and was clearly being used. The top of the controller is covered in scratches. The rubber buttons are clearly worn. And when I move the controller you can hear the loose piece in the controller. It was supposed to get a "brand new" controller as listed, but it clearly wasn't. Very disappointed
