The cable is quality and if it suits the equipment in your workflow I'm sure it will suit you. I'm sure this cable will get the job done for years to come. But while the company screams passion and promises the best cable and experience, it somehow falls short by only offering a 1-year warranty. Good quality and poor warranty aside, I found it very rarely worked with anything when my $9 version that came with an optional barrel adapter worked with all of them. I also noticed that it says "Use any PD-USBC power supply or plug" but the specs on their website says it will ONLY work with power supplies that supply 12V at 3am . So it doesn't work with every power supply. Good to know. However, I tried a power supply that gives the power I want and it worked, but for some reason the plug seemed to be too small and popped out on its own only to lose power. Again, my cheap $9 worked and was snug. I remember their Tile Light (I have 3x and one was from their Kickstart program). It had too many moving parts for a light source, and while it was bright, it wouldn't have been as useful without a decent diffuser. They made one, but it was overpriced and kept breaking. Just like the cable ends at their lightweight battery holder. I have a feeling it's the same. Great concept and execution in terms of feel and quality, but at the end of the day I just want a well-functioning device. They were almost there. Save your money or write them a letter. I'm sure they will deal with your problem and get better. But now save your money and go for a cheaper model that works.
