    Have been looking for this type of cable for a while. Tested to work great with: SEDNA - 60W USB Type-C PD Car Charger and the following chargers RAVpower GAN 30W Charger, 61W Charger and 60W Power Bank

    Charged his radio amateur for days in the mountains

    Cut off the barrel connector end and crimped the power carrier connectors on his native Anderson. Having Anderson's 12-volt backcountry power from the larger PD battery was KEY to the 24-hour ham radio operation at the Ultramarathon Backpack Support Station in remote Colorado. This cable is a life saver and will forever be an essential part of my gear!

    A handy device for accessories and consumables

    Good to know such devices exist, so a USB-C PD device with all these potential outputs (5, 9, 12, 15, 20 V) can be used to power non-PD devices. The output connector is widely used on 12V devices and also fits a number of available adapters. Works with a handheld ham radio transceiver (12V 190mA receive, 12V 1500mA transmit. This adapter is not rated but appears to work. Cons: Core may be longer, slightly overpriced.

    Works well for some devices but not others.

    This worked great with an Anker Powercore+ 26800 PD powering an Atomos Ninja V. The connection was solid and after 1 hour I didn't lose a single point on my Powercore+. When attempting to power ATEM Mini Pro, the connection was not tight enough to power the device. I wouldn't even trust putting a piece of tape on it to hold it in place. You may find that the keg connector is not making the connection properly.

    Slightly more expensive but does what it says on the tin

    It does what it says on the tin. Easy and uncomplicated. I wanted to play around with Power Delivery to get 12V from the battery pack to power the device using the 5.5 x 2.1mm plug. Of course I needed an adapter to get the 5.5x2.5mm plug on this device but that's fine. Works flawlessly. The only complaint is the price. Apparently it should be around $20-$25 instead of $40. If you want/need it, you pay money for it. That being said, I think we're on the cusp of more of these products. USB 5V2A…

    It fits over the ATEM switch but will slide out if not taped in place.

    As for using this cable to power your Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini, it works well with one caveat. The ending that enters ATEM seems to slip out easily. Which, when you're broadcasting live, is disastrous. DIY fixes and manufacturer fixes are easy. For the consumer, use a small piece of tape running from the top to the bottom of the ATEM over the cylinder plug. However, we should not do this. So, Powerpipe, if you're reading this. Make a version of this with a barrel breech plug. I think there…

    Reverse polarity of cables and connections

    I checked the output and polarity as soon as I received the Blind Spot to USB 12V adapter cable. Polarity reversed! It could damage sensitive electronics if I use it without checking it first. I cut off the end of the connector (not needed, I had to solder my own connector) and found that when I checked with a multimeter, red wire to red wire and black wire to black wire, I got a negative reading. When I messed up my connection, I got a positive ad. This indicates reverse polarity. The red wire

    Very useful for the minimalist filmmaker who runs and shoots

    This is a great product for relatively light setups that require a 12V DC input such as. B. a monitor (in my case Atomos Ninja V). A very simple solution that requires a power adapter or any USB-C output capable of delivering 12V. This eliminates the need for heavy NP-F batteries that would dangle from the back of my monitor and upset the balance.     The cable is quality and if it suits the equipment in your workflow I'm sure it will suit you. I'm sure this cable will get the job done for years to come.
