Review on 🔌 Glass Electric Kettle with Temperature Control, LED Indicator, Fast Heating, Keep Warm, Auto Shut Off, & Boil Dry Protection (1.7L) by Jason Elliss

This is exactly what I need. With kettles without temperature control, you have to boil it every time you need hot water. This would inevitably lead to repeated boiling of the water, strong evaporation and, as a result, to low mineral residues in the water. This is unsightly and forms deposits on the bottom of the kettle. But with this kettle I don't often have to boil water. I can set it to 160 for warm water, 175 for hot water and 195 for almost boiling water and the kettle can hold that temperature for 2 hours. The instructions only say for 30 minutes but no, it can last a lot longer. Of course, to heat water even to 175 still heats a small amount of water to bubble (boil), so scale will still form. But it can be easily cleaned by boiling a cup of vinegar for 20-30 minutes. I deducted a star for three small things: 1. The heating mode is canceled as soon as the kettle is lifted from the base. I would like the heating mode to be able to continue when the kettle is put back in place, but it isn't. I have to reinstall the heater. 2. Changing the water temperature from the setting is from -6° to +3°. I would like it thicker. 3. The kettle will shake a little when placed on the electric stand. The shape of the base does not fit the bottom of the kettle snugly. It should be designed better. My other kettles don't have this problem.
