Customer Service at OSTBA Needs Improvement
As a reviewer, I was dissatisfied with OSTBA due to their insufficient response time and absence of accountability. Their response to my complaint about the damaged item I got was unhelpful and they offered no apology. OSTBA fails to deliver where it matters most—to customers—in the service sector. This is not a shop I would suggest to anyone.
