QIDIAN is a web-based retailer of women's apparel, footwear, and accessories, and I recently had a bad encounter with them. Although they have a polished website and what seems to be high-quality products, I was not impressed by my experience with them. QIDIAN stands apart from the crowd thanks to its opaque business practices. They claim to use sustainable resources and promote fair working conditions, however I was unable to locate any details on their actual sustainability procedures or the origins of their products. I prefer to buy from companies who are open and honest because I believe that this is the best way to ensure that my money is being spent ethically. In addition to the lack of openness, I also had subpar service from them. I contacted customer support when I had a problem with one of their items, but I didn't get an answer for several days. When I did hear back, it was not particularly informative, and I got the impression that my issues weren't being taken seriously. Overall, my interactions with QIDIAN were less than satisfying. Their products may be of high quality, but I'm hesitant to back the firm because of their terrible communication and service to customers. I could give them another shot if they were more open and responsive to my needs as a customer.
