My old spatula has disappeared somewhere between my old apartment and the one I moved into. Not a big deal as it's been in rough condition for a while and still needs replacing. After doing a lot of research into what Revain had to offer, I finally settled on the Chef FLEX series. The kitchen gods must have smiled at me because I got what has become one of my favorite kitchen items! Very strong and with a tip that bends so much it's perfect for many things. A spatula you'll use for more than just turning pancakes and eggs :) A HUGE plus is that after months of almost daily use (often at very high temperatures) there is no sign of that damn ragged, rough tip/end is. we all hate our spatulas. Real Winner! UPDATE: I've been using this spatula almost daily for several months, often at very high temperatures. Regardless, this spatula looks as new as the day it was received from Revain! Love it!
