This item requires specific mounting hardware that your water pump may not have. My application is a Camaro 67 with a 1974 engine. This product is for 1977 to present water pumps that have a threaded plug under the driver's side block mounting bolts. 1976 and older have a smooth sleeve to pass the nozzle. It is also designed for single V-belt power steering pulleys where a wrench can be run behind the pulley to tighten/loosen the belt tensioner bolts. Dual V pulleys require holes to be drilled in the front for a drive socket to pass through to gain access to the belt tensioning bolts. (Ask me how I know this.) If you want part numbers, my horsepower pump is a 1975 and newer, non-keyway, single-groove Dorman 300-122 pulley. The threaded water pump is an AutoZone CWP-520 number (get one from your local parts store).
