I was happy, but quickly realized that it didn't work. I connected multiple HDMI cables to DSLR cameras and only one source shows up and not the other 3. I switched to different modes but only one source shows up. . There was a manual for working with it, but there was no information about customer support. I googled for information about the company to no avail. Good luck, I would give a zero here if I could.
