The light itself looks real good when put together, however SM did a really poor job of packing this one. This is my 5th purchase from them and 4 others were packed extremely well, only minor issues. This one had almost third of the crystals chipped, dinged, or scratched. I am yet to hear from the seller whether they are going to send the replacement for those crystals.A couple tips in re: installation. First, before separating the crossbar from the canopy tighten those bolts / nuts. This will fix them in place and you will have so much easier time putting them back together on the ceiling. Secondly, if you are fixing it to the drywall ceiling - use a lot of GOOD hardware, skip on the stuff they enclosed with the light. Third, DO NOT use halogen lamps, they get REAL hot and will definitely be a fire hazard. Use low wattage LED bulbs. Fourth, since there are so many bulbs in there, consider putting it on a dimmer. Using all 9 bulbs, even at 3-4W, is equal to at least 360W regular bulb. It's very bright, you'll want to dim it :)
