Good quality. Mine had a floating LED ring that is pressed by a button. Very pleasant to the touch and works well. Good connector, high quality pigtails. The LED can be used with voltages in excess of 12 VDC simply by adding an external quenching resistor in series. I used 15K for 24V DC although I didn't want the LED to be very bright. Switching contacts are designed for both mains AC voltage and DC voltage. I also used the 19mm fixed ring version but 2/3 cheaper.
