Won’t buy again - my new review
I have tried a million brands of vegan proteinPowders. This one is only okay. I looked up best vegan protein powders and this was in the top 5 on several sites. It had a decent price so I thought I’d try it. I got cinnamon. Meh. Not that great. It’s gritty on the roof of your mouth.
- Provides essential amino acids, especially lysine, which is often lacking in plant-based protein sources
- May not provide the same nutritional benefits as whole plant-based foods
