I was really looking forward to the Fiskars rotary knife and trusted this brand to have high standards but the product I received was completely disappointing. It slides easily but cuts very poorly, at some distance the cutter flexes a bit and doesn't cut the fabric at all. I had to go another time. This is a recurring cutting error because every 10 cm the fabric is not cut. It's very awkward to use and has distorted my fabric from having to go through it multiple times, and it's definitely not the best quilting tool! This is a big disappointment as I spent even more to get the best model from this brand. I couldn't send it back because I didn't know the return date and I live abroad =(
