Review on πŸ‘• Oliver Mil-Tec in Large Size by Darius Carraway

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy, holds more than it needs to, nice padding

I recently bought another tactical backpack and immediately returned it due to its obviously poor design. Spent a little more and bought this pack. A++ I really like this pack. I equipped it as a BOB car. It all fits with a little room for a 4 person family backpack, but it's a small bag so it doesn't take up all the space in my car. With Molle straps on the front and sides, you can add as many as you like. (I have a medical pack that I attach and 2 grenade pouches on the side (1 not shown in photo). The largest opening is a clam shell with 2 large pouches. I keep space blankets, a poncho and a fleece blanket in there. Fleece blanket takes up tons of space in the backpack, here is winter, spring and autumn will be a change of clothes, next comes a half zipper, but a deep pocket, in it are my n95 masks, 8 bags of water, 8 zippers (not in the photo shown), zippers, water purification straws, bin liners, zippered pouches, pocket SAS Survival Guide access for commonly used items Exterior bottom pocket with integrated pocket organizer with gloves, changing light, waterproof matches, small army knife, small multi-tool, can opener and (lighter, sharpie, Paper not visible in the photos) ) this bag is only half full. Using the webbing I tied 2 side grenade pockets for various easy to access items like p araccord and spare goggles. On the other hand, I have a Gerber Ultimate survival knife strapped to it. With a backpack, I can take it out very easily without taking off the backpack. There are also some carabiners and a whistle/compass/thermometer outside. I also placed a torn medical bag on the floor with ice pack, burning gel, roll-up sponge, antiseptic spray, duct tape, first class bandage, tweezers, bite medication. , 10 nitrile gloves, wound sealant, radiation protection tablets, sterile band-aids, cotton balls, flies, plasters, tissues, diarrhea, gauze bandages, disposable thermometer, birthmark, Tylenol and anti-itch lotion. Well when my back feels very tight and centered I can easily wear it all day with no real discomfort. For those of you who are in a condition to allow, here's an easy way to add a pistol with spare clips! There is a water bladder section on the back but hasn't been used but looks solid! So 5 stars overall, could use a padded waste belt and a belt that goes between two wrist straps, but for the price you can't beat this package!

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Hard to tell
