So sad because I love the style of these glasses. I have bought several pairs for my home and office. However, this is the second pair to have had a loose arm and then broke. I returned a pair, not sure if it was the same seller (sorry) but now this pair had the same issue and the returns window is closed. If yours are a little loose, send them back and get a replacement. They're cute, so I didn't want to rate them too low. Quality matters, not just looks.
