Revainrating 5 out of 5

Both the blue and red slides were cracked upon arrival (Edited Review 2/3/2021)

NOTE: I originally reviewed this product with 2 stars and changed it to 5 stars. See the bottom of the review to see the edited review.LANGXUN 6.5 Ft 4-in-1 Rectangle Trampoline for Kids, with Climb, Slide, Swing, Multi-Functional Indoor Outdoor Toddler Mini Trampoline for Girls and Boys,Age 1-8My opinion about the age range 1-6.I opened the box to find the blue and red slides cracked upon arrival. I tried contacting the company using the email address on the box. The email address bounced back my email saying that it wasn't a valid email. Then I tried reaching out through Best Buy.com seller contact. Once I was finally able to contact the company, they were very quick in their response. They said that they would send me another red slide but the blue slide was probably okay. They said it would take approximately a month to get here since it was being shipped from China. Well it has been a month and a half and I still have yet to see the slide. If I do see the slide, I'll update the review at that time.It had been raining and the kids really wanted to try it so we set it up inside to try out the trampoline without the slides. My concern was the kids getting scratched or fingers getting pinched in the crack of the red slide so we didn't use it.The trampoline came completely disassembled, the springs and all. The instructions were clear enough until we got to one part with the cross brace and the foam piece. The pictures in the instructions didn't match exactly with what was sent. I wish I had taken a picture of it and how it was different but we eventually figured out how to get it to work despite the pictures not matching what was sent. The age range for this trampoline says that it is for ages 1-8 and that you could fit 1-2 children in there at a time. I would say the age range for this is more like 1-6. My eight year old when standing in this, his head peers over the side guard rail. As to the number of children, when both my 4 and 5 year old's were in there it was okay. If they were any bigger though, I think it might have been a problem because when they start jumping, they start bumping into each other. When my 4 year old (who weights 45lbs.) uses the swing, the entire frame sways slightly from side to side. We put the whole thing together with a drill so it's not because we didn't tighten the screws enough. It seems like it will hold but the swaying is a bit disconcerting. But the swing is one of my 4 year old's favorite part of it so.Overall I think this trampoline is a solid 4 stars. had we received the slide. If the slide ever does show up, I'll update the review to tell you how that went.UPDATED 2/3/2021:We received the slide the last week of January 2021. They told us it would take approximately a month, but it took almost 2 months. I changed the rating for this trampoline from a 2 to a 5 star. A solid 4 stars for the trampoline itself and an additional star for the company standing behind their product and sending the replacement slide.
