Used 5 so far with 3D prints, happy with the results
insert. I've found that with PLA and a hot soldering iron with these combs, all you need is to melt the surrounding plastic and bury the combs. Another reviewer suggests the hole is 1mm smaller, but for me this resulted in too much of an offset, which pushed it back down to the bottom of the insert and deformed the surrounding area very little. Just be prepared to do some trial and error until you find the optimal hole size for your plastic type and insertion technique.
