I just installed two of these. The included mounting screws were useless and not even long enough to go through the drywall. But what I really like is that they come with plugs. Since I ended up hitting the frame on only one side at a time, I had to use wall anchors (sold separately) on the other side. Because of this, my screws didn't fit, but the screw caps (included) worked great so they look great. They seem to be made out of durable material and so far they are working great. I recommend installing them at a height where your gear is high enough but you can reach the hangers with your hands. This way when you put away the broom or mop you can grab the handle and press down on the green handle with your thumb and pull the handle to release the broom handle. Otherwise you will end up clipping the top of the handle against the wall above the hanger to pull it out and you will end up ruining your wall.
