Works great - Plug and Play. The device is designed to be connected on the passenger side of the vehicle, however the device is factory installed on the driver's side. If you are installing this on the passenger side, just plug it in and the wiring is correct. If you choose to install an older unit on the driver's side, you will need to replace the turn signal wires.
