The ink arrived very well packed in the box. We just opened and installed the big black one. There were no leaks or damage as we read in other reviews. We installed it in our Canon TS9020 and it was recognized as a Canon Ink and was still working fine. We haven't opened all the other inks in the box because we don't have to replace those colors yet. but will be updated when it is replaced. By the way, I can't say enough about the Canon ts9020. As far as I know, this is by far the best Canon color printer we've had. we absolutely love it. and are very happy that we can get the ink for it from jetsir via amazon at a much better price than anywhere else. 3 September 2018 UPDATE. Today I exchanged the empty original cyan and magenta cartridges that came with the printer for JetSir ink and again, like the big black cartridge, everything works great with the new ink. I will update when I use the rest of the cartridges in the box
