Review on Surebonder 8510 10 24 Threaded Insert by Christopher Gulledge

Works great. The depth stop washer (the threaded stud closest to the handle) avoids over-pressurizing and damaging the threads until you get the hang of it. I really like the 10-32 mandrel that we often use in aviation, some of the cheaper local models don't have a 10-32 mandrel. (They have 10-24) I bought two tools so I don't have to change mandrels and they are interchangeable, but this one works great. I only use aluminum and don't know how it sits on steel rivets. I really like having a complete set of drill bits with the number, letter and size so I can get the exact size. There are no rivets in the kit, but airplanes need special rivets, so no problem.
