For 2018 Silverado, they fit pretty well, not as tight as factory speakers. However, they do have screw holes on the bottom for a nice fit. I used some screws and double sided tape. They greatly improved the bass response of the 6x9 component by "sealing" the door compartment, making it almost a sort of box shape. I want them to come with the equipment. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks more for matching bolts or screws. I used #10 -24x3/4 machine screws, they worked well when tightened lightly to ensure they don't loosen over time.
