Bluetooth driver for Windows 10 SUCKS

These headphones are not bad, but without a dedicated Bluetooth adapter like other companies, the name starts with an "L", the sound will vary depending on Amenities can be terrible. Most laptops have crappy Bluetooth chips designed for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. This means that either your WiFi or Bluetooth quality is poor. However, these things will stutter if your Wi-Fi quality is poor, as the chip works hard to do both. I'm not sure if this is a bug with Win 10 or my laptop. They work great on my phone and my old Win 7 PC. They're a nightmare on my Win 10 laptop. Not only that, these headphones are sorely lacking in features. There are NO mute buttons so I have to be at my screen and manually mute the audio instead of just pressing the button on the headset. Add to that the fact that this mic picks up EVERYTHING (which is actually good for a mic) and the ear cushions are good at blocking out sound. If you don't know, noise cancellation is NOT meant to work). You often don't know how loud something sounds because you can't hear your immediate surroundings. This experience is unnerving and combined with the lack of a mute button makes me very nervous during my online meetings and I can't walk around freely because I might have to unmute/unmute at any moment. What good is a wireless headset if you have to be at your desk to control it? Add to that terrible sound when using Wi-Fi which is why I only give it 3 stars. I took off another star because I accidentally broke them while putting my backpack on them. INADMISSIBLE! They hardly stand up to abuse, which is what I would expect for a headset, at least to a moderate extent.
