2/2022: I've been using them since I got braces many years ago. They worked great then and now I always carry them with me to brush my teeth after meals. It's really great for keeping food stuck between your teeth. It doesn't replace flossing, but works great between brushing and flossing. My only suggestion is that the company makes a case to carry them with you for everyday use. I would pick a few pieces: one for my purse, one for the car, one for the living room, and one for the bedroom. 2020: I use them between brushing my teeth so nothing gets caught between my teeth.
